Stonebridge Companies is a privately owned, innovative hotel development and hotel management company. We provide investor opportunities, development services and management services.
Founded in 1991 by Navin C. Dimond, Stonebridge Companies has developed over 60 hotels and operated more than 75 hotels since its inception.
Currently, we operate close to 40 hotels in the United States comprising approximately 6,000 guest rooms. Our diverse portfolio includes select-service, extended stay, mid-scale and full-service hotels in primary and secondary markets.
We hold franchise licenses with Carlson Hotels Worldwide, Choice Hotels International, InterContinental Hotel Group, Hilton Hotels, Marriott International and Starwood Hotels and Resorts.
Our brands include Courtyard, Doubletree Hotel, Embassy Suites, Fairfield Inn and Suites, Hampton Inn, Hampton Inn & Suites, Hilton Garden Inn, Holiday Inn Express, Homewood Suites, Residence Inn, Sheraton Hotel, SpringHill Suites and Radisson Hotel.
Headquartered near Denver, Colorado, our corporate staff of 50 associates provides complete services in both business development and hotel management. We employ over 1,400 associates throughout the United States.
